You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened, when applicable
• In their original condition
• Returned with the original packaging

Items that have been used cannot be returned.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, SleekGlassPipe will cover the approved return shipping cost.

What If My Item Arrives Broken?

Please do not throw away the damaged item or its packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• 2–3 clear photos showing the damaged item
• A photo showing the entire damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Photo proof is required before we can approve a replacement.

Once the damage is verified, we will replace the broken item with a functional replacement at no additional cost to you.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective item. If a return is required for an approved damage claim, we will provide return instructions at no additional shipping cost to you.

Important: Do Not Use a Damaged Item

If an item arrives damaged or defective, do not use it.

Once a product has been used, we may not be able to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery. Using a damaged item may make it ineligible for replacement.

Refund Timeline

Once your approved return reaches us, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

After the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
