Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers located in TX, LA, CA.
We offer Priority Mail Shipping as an option; however, please note that delivery dates for this service are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes depend largely on the current workload of USPS. While we cover the postage for the selected service, there may be an additional one or two days for you to receive your package.
Please be aware that we do not offer overnight or express shipping options. Our role is limited to handing over your package to the shipping agency; we do not handle the actual delivery ourselves. Therefore, specific delivery instructions like "put in garage" or "give to my friend" cannot be accommodated by us.
Additionally, shipping fees are nonrefundable. We appreciate your understanding of these logistics and shipping policies.
Tracking Your Shipment:
If you see "ELECTRONIC SHIPPING INFO RECEIVED" or a red error on USPS.com in your tracking status, it means your shipment hasn't been scanned into the US postal system yet.
We ask for your patience during this process. Our procedure involves processing your order, packing, labeling, creating a tracking number, and uploading this information to our website. Subsequently, the carrier picks up the shipment and eventually scans it at the postal office. This process can take some time, occasionally longer than usual. Therefore, we request that you wait for a reasonable period after receiving your tracking number before reaching out to us. Rest assured, we are doing our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Issues with Shipments:
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, it's crucial to reach out to us promptly for a swift resolution:

Late Shipments:
Carriers like UPS or USPS may occasionally experience delays of a day or two. While we cannot guarantee exact timing, we ensure your package is dispatched to USPS on the next business day using the selected shipping method. Once postage is paid, it is nonrefundable. We appreciate your understanding.
For more information, contact the carrier directly. If you suspect a service failure, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Charge-back Frauds:
SimpleGlassPipe.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who initiates a chargeback. Repeat fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI Fraud Department immediately.
Return & Refund Policies:
Please contact us with your order ID and order date. All items must be returned within 15 days in their original working and unopened condition. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the buyer pays return shipping fees.
For any canceled or returned orders over $200, a 15% restocking fee applies. Special orders are not eligible for return.
Exchange:
You have 15 days after placing your order to exchange for the same item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
