Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers located in Texas or California.

Shipping Options:
We offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping; however, delivery dates for this service are not guaranteed as they depend largely on USPS's workload. While we pay for the shipping method you select, occasional delays of 1–2 days may occur.

We do not provide overnight or express shipping options. For UPS Express, the logistical challenges of rushing packages to a drop-off location before 1 PM make it impractical. Similarly, while FedEx is excellent for larger packages, most customers are unwilling to pay $10–$20 for small shipments, leaving USPS as the most economical choice.

Our promise is to process and ship your order within one business day, using the method you select at checkout. However, once the package is handed over to the shipping agency, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines. Please note that specific delivery instructions, such as “leave behind the fence” or “give to a friend,” cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Fees Are Nonrefundable.


Tracking Your Shipment

If your tracking status shows "ELECTRONIC SHIPPING INFO RECEIVED" or an error message on USPS.com, this means your package has been created but not yet scanned into the postal system. This process includes:

  1. Processing your order and generating a tracking number.
  2. Packing and labeling the shipment.
  3. Handing it off to the carrier for scanning and transit.

This can take time, especially during peak periods. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend waiting a reasonable period after receiving your tracking number before reaching out to us.


Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If you experience any issues with your shipment, please notify us promptly so we can assist you effectively:

  1. Report Issues Immediately: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
  2. Item Not as Expected: Contact us if the product differs from the listing or your expectations.
  3. Damaged Items: Send a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
  4. Missing Items: Report missing items within 3 days of delivery for swift resolution.
  5. Unwanted Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days. Used items are not eligible for return.
  6. User-Damaged Items: We cannot provide replacements or refunds for items damaged through mishandling after delivery.
  7. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for a prepaid return label to send it back.
  8. Lost in Transit: Report lost shipments within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Late Shipments

Occasionally, carriers like USPS or UPS may experience delays beyond our control. While we ensure your package is dispatched the next business day using your selected shipping method, we cannot guarantee the exact timing of delivery.

Chargeback Fraud

SleekGlassPipe.com strictly prohibits chargeback fraud. If you file a chargeback against us, we reserve the right to refuse future service. Repeat fraudulent activity will be reported to the FBI Fraud Department immediately.


Return & Refund Policies

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order ID and purchase date.

  • Returns: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in their original, unopened, and working condition.
  • Nonrefundable Fees: Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders over $200, whether shipped or not. Special orders, including out-of-stock items, are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item for the same product within 15 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.


General Terms

SleekGlassPipe.com reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Users under 18 may only use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to modify our policies and website at any time without notice. These policies cannot be verbally altered by any representative of SleekGlassPipe.com

If any policy condition is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
