These caps are perfect for venues such as amusement parks, concerts, sporting events, cruises or anywhere else that doesn’t allow you to bring liquor or any other beverages in other than “factory sealed water bottles’. Stop worrying about getting caught. Play by their rules and don’t pay for expensive drinks.

Reseal Caps are very simple to use. Just remove the factory cap and seal, empty contents of water bottle, refill with any clear beverage and reseal by screwing a cap on.

Sneak Alcohol Caps are designed to work perfectly with Aquafina 20oz and 1 liter water bottles but can also be used on other bottles with white caps.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• Unopened, when applicable
• In their original condition
• Returned with the original packaging

Items that have been used cannot be returned.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, SleekGlassPipe will cover the approved return shipping cost.

What If My Item Arrives Broken?

Please do not throw away the damaged item or its packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• 2–3 clear photos showing the damaged item
• A photo showing the entire damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Photo proof is required before we can approve a replacement.

Once the damage is verified, we will replace the broken item with a functional replacement at no additional cost to you.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective item. If a return is required for an approved damage claim, we will provide return instructions at no additional shipping cost to you.

Important: Do Not Use a Damaged Item

If an item arrives damaged or defective, do not use it.

Once a product has been used, we may not be able to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery. Using a damaged item may make it ineligible for replacement.

Refund Timeline

Once your approved return reaches us, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

After the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return shipping transit time can vary depending on the carrier and your location.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact SleekGlassPipe with your order number and the reason for the return.

For damaged or defective items, please include the required photos with your request.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

We will notify you once your return has been received and processed and will provide confirmation when your refund or replacement has been completed.
