What is our return policy?
- If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can file a return within 15 days of delivery.
- We accept returns on unused products only, within 15 days of delivery.
- Used product returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non-refundable.
What if an item arrives broken?
- Please provide your order number along with 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item place alll togther in one photo,( if you have few same exactly pipe and take photo one by one, we cant tell how many is there) and its packaging. Do not discard the packaging, as it’s required for a replacement.
- We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
- We may request the return of the defective item, and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label if necessary.
- Do not use the item. Once used, we cannot confirm if it was damaged upon arrival or from use.
If the damage is due to our error, you will receive a full credit or replacement at no cost. If the issue is not the fault of SleekGlassPipe.com, we’re happy to assist in reshipping items, but a prepaid return label may be required. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Next, reach out to your bank. Processing times for refunds can take 1–2 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
What Happens if My Package is Returned to Sender?
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to a corrected address. However, you will be charged for the cost of postage for reshipping.
